1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck449 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck449 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated features and functions (collectively, "the Services"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and you agree to be fully bound by them.

3Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with ck449 and access the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for so long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck449 operates an adult-only platform and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or place bets.
• You must register in your own legal name and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on the ck449 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether in the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or in which you are not legally permitted to engage in online gambling activity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or account restriction that would prohibit you from accessing real-money gambling services.

ck449 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage of the registration process or at any point during the life of your account. This may include requesting a copy of a government-issued identification document, a Bangladesh mobile number verification code, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC checks within the time specified by ck449 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck449 login credentials, including your registered Bangladesh mobile number and your chosen password. ck449 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to protect your login details. The following account management obligations apply to all registered players:

• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your registered Bangladesh mobile number, name, or other identifying details must be reported to ck449 support at [email protected] promptly.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or operate your ck449 account on your behalf. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must notify ck449 immediately at [email protected] if you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• ck449 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform.
• Account closure requests may be submitted by contacting ck449 support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

ck449 operates a single-account policy. All casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and other Services are accessed through the same account and the same Taka balance. There is no requirement to transfer funds between a sports wallet and a casino wallet.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the ck449 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck449 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these methods are credited to your ck449 balance instantly following confirmation of the transaction by the respective mobile financial service provider.
• Bank transfers from major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other scheduled commercial banks operating in Bangladesh. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 2 to 4 business hours of confirmation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise arranged with ck449 support. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
• ck449 does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ck449's control. Players are advised to check applicable fees with their payment provider.
• ck449 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may vary between payment methods, account tiers, and applicable promotional conditions.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be queued and processed once verification is approved. ck449 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high platform demand such as BPL season finals.

6Bonuses and Promotions

ck449 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all ck449 promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual bonus terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements represent the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

• Free spins credited as part of a promotion are subject to the stake value and eligible games specified in the individual promotion terms. Winnings derived from free spins are treated as bonus funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. No interest accrues on bonus fund balances. Bonus funds held in your account for more than 30 calendar days from the date of credit without the associated wagering requirements being met will expire and be removed from your account balance.

All bonuses and promotions are offered at the sole discretion of ck449. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions. Where any conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.

7Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the ck449 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated in real time by human dealers and are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all Services:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the platform. ck449 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a demonstrable technical error attributable to the platform. Player error — including selecting the wrong stake, wrong market, or wrong outcome — does not entitle the player to a bet reversal.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game integrity or the accurate recording of bets or game outcomes, ck449 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to affected players' account balances. ck449 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures that are attributable to the player's internet connection, mobile device, or operating system.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to the rules of the relevant sport and governing body. For cricket betting markets including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL fixtures, market settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI as applicable). Abandoned or postponed matches will be settled in accordance with ck449's individual sport rules, which are available in the sports betting section.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain game categories and individual games. Where a single game session or betting event generates winnings above the applicable maximum win limit, the excess above that limit will not be paid and will not be credited to the player's account. Maximum win limits for each game or game category are displayed within the game interface or cashier.

ck449 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or close specific markets for any player at any time and without explanation. This right is exercised at the sole discretion of ck449 and does not entitle the affected player to any compensation beyond the return of any unmatched stake amounts.

8Responsible Gaming

ck449 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The platform provides a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into effect.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time notifications that alert them when they have been actively playing for a defined period. These notifications are designed to prompt reflection on continued play.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck449 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all account balances (including real-money balances where the source of funds is determined to be tainted by prohibited conduct), and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market. This includes, but is not limited to, chip dumping, soft play, or sharing of non-public information relating to live sporting events.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process; using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods; or engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing associated winnings.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using automated tools to place bonus-qualifying bets, or employing betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the ck449 platform, in whole or in part, as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. ck449 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any investigation.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the ck449 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of ck449 or is used under licence from the relevant rights holders. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Services grants you any ownership interest, licence, or other right in or to any ck449 intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes as a registered player.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any content from the ck449 platform without the prior written consent of ck449. Breach of this obligation may result in account suspension and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck449's liability to you in connection with your use of the Services is limited as follows:

• ck449 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ck449 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ck449 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ck449 will use reasonable technical efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be liable for losses caused by platform downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events.
• To the extent that ck449 is found liable for any direct loss suffered by you in connection with your use of the Services, ck449's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your ck449 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ck449's liability for death or personal injury caused by ck449's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in Bangladesh.

12Amendments to These Terms

ck449 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made to these Terms, ck449 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' advance notice by email or platform notification before the amended Terms come into effect. Material amendments include changes to bonus wagering requirements applicable to existing bonuses, changes to payment limits, and changes to the eligibility criteria for platform access.

Your continued use of the ck449 platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
